Shipping Policy:

Shipping Rates are set based on total order amount as follows: Up to $25.00--$5.95 $25.01 - $50.00--$6.95 50.01 - $75.00--$7.95 $75.01-$100--$8.95 Over $100--$9.95

Shipping rates may be updated occasionally to reflect accurate postage as new items are added to the site.

Refund and Return Policy:

Spirit of the Orient guarantees your satisfaction. Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund excluding shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please e-mail us at "spiritoftheorient@comcast.net" to notify us of your return and state whether you would like an exchange or refund. Shipping charges (First Class or Priority Mail via United States Postal Service) will be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expenses. Spirit of the Orient cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. After a return has been received, it will take 2-3 weeks to process. If a credit card was used for your purchase, refunds will be credited back to the same credit card. If you request an exchange, we will only send you the exchange when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.
